Show &
Tell: Based on suggestions from many prior cohorts of interns, we designate time at each of our regular on-campus
intern meetings for show-and-tell 'sharing' opportunities. Ideas about
topics you could include: Experiences you'd
like to share, particularly interesting cases, tests which you're now using
that others might like to know about, a book or text resource for school
psychologists or children which deserves dissemination, a piece of software
for interpreting tests' results, information about an upcoming in-service
meeting that others might be able to attend, or a neat spin you've found to
make otherwise tedious work disappear or at least be more interesting! The
choice is totally yours.
In the spirit of high-quality 'sharing,'
(i.e., reminiscent of kindergarten-style) it's important that <everybody>
bring something to these show-&-tell sharing sessions
— including the initial on-campus meeting.
